Dear readers,
This will probably be my last interesting insights edition in a while - I started these as a way to ensure I wrote one post a month at the very least, but I’ve found that it’s become more of a drag on my joy of writing than something that adds enthusiasm to my writing.
I aired my thoughts on these posts some time last month. My impression was that I have readers who enjoy them, and that made me actually think about whether or not to drop them.
The rationale for stopping these posts is that I quite frankly find them to take too much time, and they feel like to much of a chore. I rather want to write when I come across something that sparks excitement in me. I know, I am being selfish, but that’s the luxury of writing for myself.
I will transition to a quarterly summary format of portfolio developments instead. If I make any large decisions, I’ll probably be sharing them in my Substack chat. I like this format for short and sweet comments.
As for recommendations for podcasts and articles, my intention is to write more about single topics instead of listing the best within a monthly format post. Again - I’ll try to use my Substack chat to link interesting podcasts I come across.
Without further ado, here are my tips for good reads and listens from the last month.
